  1. Email to support-th@compasia.com and request regarding the warranty (along with your order number or images/videos as evidence)

  2. We will prepare to collect your device for IMEI inspection and diagnosis
  3. Once we confirm, we will proceed to repair your device
  4. We will contact you via email to return the device

Everything you need to know about the extended warranty program

By default, all devices purchased from us come with a standard warranty of 1 month from the date of purchase. Additionally, we offer longer warranty options on the checkout page of our website as follows:
* 6-month warranty (5 months + standard 1-month warranty)
* 12-month warranty (11 months + standard 1-month warranty)

We will proceed as follows:
- We will arrange for the collection of the equipment from your residence at no cost
- Repair any hardware defects at no cost
- If the equipment cannot be repaired economically, we will replace it with the same brand and model (refurbished to the same grade) of equivalent value

Generally, all warranty claims will take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the device, and it depends on the severity of the issue.

After necessary repairs have been made, we will provide a 1-month warranty only for reported issues, such as a broken camera or a screen changing color, etc.
