Claims Process

- We will prepare your device collection for IMEI checking and diagnosis.
- Once we confirm, we will repair your device.
- We will contact you to get the device back to you via email.

Everything you need to know about extended warranty programs
By default, all devices purchased with us come with a standard 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. We also offer longer warranty options on the checkout page of our website, as follows:
* 6 months warranty (5 months + 1 month standard warranty)
* 12 months warranty (11 months + 1 month standard warranty)
We will do the following:
- We will arrange for the equipment to be picked up from your residence free of charge.
- Repair hardware defects free of charge.
- If the equipment cannot be repaired economically, we will replace it with the same brand and model (reconditioned to the same grade) of equivalent value.
All warranty claims typically take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the device, depending on the severity of the problem.
After the necessary repairs have been made to the device, we will only provide a 1 month warranty for the reported issues such as a broken camera, discolored screen, etc.
