- We will prepare to collect your device for IMEI inspection and diagnosis
- When we receive your confirmation, we will proceed to repair your device.

Everything You Need to Know About Extended Warranty Programs
By default, all devices purchased from us come with a standard 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. Additionally, we offer extended warranty options on the checkout page of our website as follows:
* 6-month warranty (5 months + 1 month standard warranty)
* 12-month warranty (11 months + 1 month standard warranty)
We will proceed as follows:
- We will arrange for the equipment to be picked up from your residence at no cost.
- Repair hardware defects at no cost
- If the device cannot be repaired economically, we will replace the device with the same brand and model (refurbished to the same grade) of equivalent value.
Generally, all warranty claims take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the device and depend on the severity of the issue.
After the necessary repairs have been made, we offer a 1-month warranty only for the reported issues, such as a malfunctioning camera or screen discoloration, etc.
