Everything you need to know about trading on CompAsia's website
We will transfer the money to your bank account (within 7 business days) after we receive your device.
1. Back up data such as contacts and important files that you want to keep.
2. Remove the SIM card and memory card before handing over the device. If found, the SIM or memory card will be destroyed to protect personal information.
3. For iPhone, remove Apple ID and password.
4. For Android, remove your Google account from your device and turn off all security locks.
5. Do not erase or reset the device before the pickup agent arrives, as the CompAsia app is required for the pickup process.

1. Must be the legal owner of the device.
2. The device must not be under contract with a network provider.
3. The device must not have a blocked signal or IMEI and must not be reported as lost or counterfeit.
4. Must be unlocked from iCloud or Google account.
