Excellent grade:

There are slight signs of wear, such as minor scratches and small stains, including slight dents/dings that may occur, which are not noticeable from an arm's length distance. Screen: scratches that are barely noticeable when the screen is turned on.

Expectation: Expected to have slight signs of use, almost unnoticeable during use. Normal usage.

Good grade: Visible scratches and stains, including visible dents/stains on the body. Screen: Slight but visible scratches that are barely noticeable when you turn on the screen.

Expectation: Visible signs of use, fully functional with minor cosmetic defects, still operating normally.

Fair grade:

Visible scratches, spots that can be seen upon close inspection, possible discoloration, dents, and stains on the device. Screen: There are prominent scratches on the screen. Screen visibility is not affected.

Expectation: Clearly functional but fully operational

This is a cost-saving measure despite the aesthetic flaws.

Purchasing second-hand equipment that has not been tested comes with the risk of malfunction. At CompAsia, our devices are tested and genuine second-hand equipment. We test to ensure that each device works 100% before selling it to you.

The contents of the package will be the phone only. We will not include accessories or the original box.

All devices are guaranteed to have battery health in the range of 80-100%. Devices will be allocated based on stock availability, so customers do not have the option to select devices with specific battery health conditions.

The normal steps and duration are as follows:
• Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on the date you place the order.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
• The shipping company will update the tracking details, which may take 1-2 days to appear on My Account > My Orders page

Warranty

We guarantee the product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. However, the warranty will be void if there are clear signs of physical damage and/or damage from accidents.

In addition, the warranty does not cover external wear and tear, damage from water, liquids, or any moisture, which will void your warranty.

Yes, modifying the software by jailbreaking or rooting your device will void the warranty, as it exposes the device to security risks.

We will not provide equipment repairs. We only offer warranty service for device replacement.

We will:

- Repair hardware defects at no cost

- Exchange products with genuine second-hand products of equivalent value

Replace Plus (Device Replacement Program)

Replace Plus Plan is an after-sales service for the 1-1 device exchange program offered to customers who purchase our CPO devices, allowing you to exchange your device for any reason. For more information, see the "Product Warranty" icon.

- Service period of 6 months with the right to request a swap 1 time

- Service period of 12 months is eligible for 1 switch.

No hidden fees!

The total cost of membership fees and service request fees are clearly specified in the Register Plus registration form/appendix and the customer terms and conditions.

The Replace Plus plan is offered to all Thai citizens aged 18 and above who purchase CPO devices from the CompAsia E-Commerce website.

Generally, the warranty program only covers manufacturer defects.
