Excellent grade:
There are slight signs of wear, such as minor scratches and small stains, including small dents/dings that may occur, which are not noticeable from a distance of 1 arm's length. Screen: Scratches that are barely noticeable when the screen is on.
Expectations: Minor signs of use are expected, almost imperceptible during normal use.
Grade B: Visible scratches and stains, including visible dents/stains on the device. Screen: Minor but visible scratches that are hardly noticeable when the screen is on.
Expectations: There are visible signs of use, works perfectly with minor cosmetic defects, still functions normally.
Satisfactory grade:
Visible scratches, noticeable spots upon close inspection, may have discoloration, dents, and stains on the body. Screen: There are prominent scratches on the screen. The visibility of the screen is not affected.
Expectation: Clearly usable, but fully functional.
This is a cost-saving option despite its aesthetic flaws.

Equipment that has passed all inspection steps can be used normally
Buying second-hand equipment that has not been tested comes with the risk of it not functioning correctly. At CompAsia, our equipment is tested and genuine second-hand devices. We test to ensure that each piece of equipment works 100% before selling it to you.
The items in the package will be the phone only. We will not have any accessories or the original box.
We guarantee that all devices will have battery health in the range of 80-100%. Devices will be allocated based on stock availability, so customers do not have the option to choose devices with specific battery integrity.

Shipping

The usual steps and timeframes are as follows:
• Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on the date you placed the order
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link
• The shipping company will update the tracking details, which may take 1-2 days to appear on my account > my orders

Warranty
We guarantee the product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. However, the warranty will be void if there are clear signs of physical damage and/or damage from accidents.
In addition, the warranty does not cover wear and tear of the exterior condition of the device, water damage, liquid damage, or any moisture, which will void your warranty.
Yes, modifying the software by jailbreaking or rooting your device will void the warranty as it exposes the device to security risks.

We will not have equipment repair services; there will only be warranty coverage for replacing the device with a new one.
We will:
- Repair hardware defects at no cost
- Exchange products for genuine second-hand products of equivalent value
Replace Plus (Device Change Program)
Replace Plus Plan is a post-sale service for the 1-1 device swap program offered to customers who purchase our CPO devices, allowing you to swap your device for any reason. For more information, see the "Product Warranty" icon.

- Service period of 6 months is entitled to request a switch 1 time
- Service period of 12 months is entitled to request a switch 1 time
The Replace Plus plan is offered to all Thai citizens aged 18 and above who purchase CPO devices from the CompAsia E-Commerce website
Generally, warranty programs only cover manufacturer defects.
Replace Plus allows you to exchange your CPO device for any reason on the machine.
