Each of our devices undergoes a 32-step testing process to ensure that all our mobile devices work 100% before being sold to you. Each device comes with a 1-month warranty. The beautiful appearance of CPO devices may have minor scratches on the body and screen that may be visible from a distance of more than 8 inches.

Purchasing second-hand equipment that has not been tested comes with the risk of malfunction. At CompAsia, our refurbished devices have been tested to ensure they are in working order. We test each piece of equipment to guarantee 100% functionality before selling it to you.

Excellent Grade:

Slight signs of wear, such as minor scratches and small stains, as well as minor dents/dings that may occur, which are not noticeable from a distance of 1 arm's length. Screen: Almost imperceptible scratches when the screen is on.

Expectation: Expect slight signs of use, almost imperceptible during normal use. Normal usage.

Good Grade: Visible scratches and stains, as well as visible dents/dings on the device. Screen: Slight scratches that are visible but almost imperceptible when the screen is on.

Expectation: Visible signs of use, works perfectly with minor cosmetic flaws, still functions normally.

Acceptable Grade:

Clearly visible scratches. Points that are visible upon close inspection may change color, dents, and stains on the device. Screen: Prominent scratches on the screen. Screen visibility is not affected.

Expectation: Works clearly visible, but works fully.

This is a cost-saving measure despite minor cosmetic flaws.

Guaranteed that all devices will have battery health between 80-100%. Devices will be allocated based on availability in stock, so customers do not have the option to choose devices with specific battery health.

We source our products globally from various countries. Products will be allocated to customers randomly depending on stock availability. Therefore, customers do not have the option to choose a set from a specific country/region.

Yes! All devices are covered for a period of one (1) month from the date of purchase. Additionally, there is an option to purchase extended or Plus warranty coverage for 6/12 months *depending on the device model.

We only provide repair services for items purchased from us. Warranty is valid only if the device is still in working condition.

We only provide cables that are compatible with our devices. This cable is not guaranteed. All mobile devices will come with a charging cable from us.

Warranty

We guarantee our products against material and manufacturing defects under normal usage. However, the warranty will be void if there are clear signs of physical damage and/or damage from accidents.

Furthermore, the warranty does not cover external cosmetic damage, damage from water, liquids, or any moisture, which will render your warranty void.

The device comes with a standard 1-month warranty.

If you purchase extended warranty (6/12 months), it does not mean 1 month + 6/12 months.

Simply put, extending the coverage from 1 month to 6/12 months.

*The same terms apply to extending warranty under promotions (if any).

Yes, modifying software by jailbreaking or rooting your device will void the warranty as it will increase the security risks of the device.

Replace Plus Plan

Replace Plus Plan is an after-sales service for our 1-1 device swap program offered to customers who purchase our CPO devices, allowing you to swap your device for any reason. Learn more at the "Product Warranty" icon.

- Service period of 6 months is entitled to request 1 exchange - Service period of 12 months is entitled to request 1 exchange

You can choose between a 6-month or 12-month membership plan and will need to pay the membership fee upfront when registering. If you request a replacement, there will be associated service request fees that must be paid at the time of service request, depending on the retail price of your mobile device. Payment must be made directly to CompAsia, the provider of Refle Plus services.

No hidden fees! All costs of membership registration fees and service request fees are clearly specified in the registration form/attachment of Register Plus and customer terms and conditions.

The Replace Plus plan is available to all Thai citizens aged 18 and above who purchase CPO devices from the CompAsia E-Commerce website.

Generally, warranty programs typically only cover manufacturer defects.

Replace Plus allows you to exchange your CPO device for any reason within the machine.
