Excellent grade:

Fair grade:

Visible scratches: Spots that are visible on close inspection. Discoloration, dents, and smudges may occur on the body. Screen: There are prominent scratches on the screen. Visibility of the screen is not affected.

Expectations: Obviously usable, but not fully functional.

This is a cost saving despite the cosmetic flaws.

Buying untested used devices comes with the risk that they may not function properly. At CompAsia, our devices are tested and are genuine used devices. We test to ensure that each device is 100% functional before selling it to you.

The contents of the package will be the phone only. We will not provide any accessories or original box.

All devices are guaranteed to have a battery health of 80-100%. Devices are allocated based on stock availability, so customers do not have the option to choose devices with a specific battery health.

Shipping

The normal steps and timeframe are as follows:
• Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days depending on the date you place your order.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
• The shipping company will update the tracking details, which may take 1-2 days to appear in your My Account > My Orders page.

Warranty

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. However, the warranty is void if there are obvious signs of physical damage and/or accidental damage.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover wear and tear due to external factors. Any damage from water, liquids, or moisture will void your warranty.

Yes, modifying the software by jailbreaking or rooting your device will void the warranty as it will expose the device to security risks.

We will not provide any repairs to the device. We will only use the warranty to replace the device.

We will:

- Repair hardware defects free of charge.

- Exchange the product for a genuine second-hand product of equivalent value.

Replace Plus (device replacement program)

The Replace Plus Plan is a 1-to-1 swap-out program offered to customers who purchase our CPO equipment, allowing you to swap out your equipment for any reason. See the "Product Warranty" icon for more information.

No hidden costs!

All charges for subscription fees and service request fees are clearly stated in the Register Plus registration form/appendix and the Customer Terms and Conditions.

This Replace Plus plan is available to all Thai citizens aged 18 and above who purchase CPO devices from the CompAsia E-Commerce website.

Warranty programs generally cover only manufacturer defects.

Replace Plus allows you to replace your CPO device for any reason on the machine.
