Claim process

  1. Email to support-th@compasia.com and request regarding the warranty (along with your order number or images/videos as evidence)

  2. We will prepare to collect your device for IMEI inspection and diagnosis
  3. Once we confirm, we will proceed to repair your device
  4. We will contact you via email to return the device

The Replace Plus plan is a post-sale service for the 1-to-1 device swap program offered to customers who purchase our devices, allowing you to swap devices for any reason (swaps must be for the same brand and model; upgrades are not permitted).
*There is a service request fee for each swap request.

There are no hidden fees. All costs for the application fee and service request fee will be clearly stated in the Replace Plus registration form/appendix and the customer terms and conditions.

Generally, warranty programs only cover defects from the manufacturer. Replace Plus allows you to change your device in your area for any reason.
